The Affordable Care Act and Health Care Reform – What Employers Need to Know
The Maine Municipal Employees Health Trust provides its employer groups with updates on developments in Health Care Reform and the Affordable Care Act, to assist you with understanding key provisions of the law. The Trust is unable offer more detailed guidance as to how groups should complete their reporting. We recommend that you contact your legal counsel with specific questions relating to this law.
