The Health Trust implemented a new administration platform in mid-2021, which will allow us to provide additional features and more efficient service to our participating employer groups.  The monthly Billing Schedule has been adjusted due to this transition.

In order to be certain your changes appear on the next bill, please submit them to the Health Trust by the first of the month. Bills will be mailed out around the 10th of each month.

Information about the changes to the billing process due to the new administration system were distributed via email and along with the August billing statements in July.  Please refer to the information below.
