For many employees, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can be the key to recovering from a traumatic event such as divorce, death in the family, or financial difficulties. But all too often, employers cannot afford to offer an EAP to their employees.
Recognizing what a valuable benefit an Employee Assistance Program can be, the Health Trust, in conjunction with Anthem, provides an EAP to all employers that participate in the Health Trust health plan. This EAP covers all employees, even those who are not enrolled in the health plan. It also covers the family members of all employees. The EAP is provided at no additional cost to employees or employers.
