The Health Trust’s Open Enrollment period will begin on November 15, 2025, and ends on December 15, 2025, for a coverage effective date of January 1, 2026. If you wish to make changes to your medical, vision or dental plans for 2026 you may do so during this timeframe. Please see your employer to submit your changes.
