It's your information and your choice. If you choose to go paperless, you’ll receive an email with a link to view details on the Sydney Health app or Anthem.com whenever there’s a new or updated plan document available on your digital account. You will get instant updates and secure access to your health plan ID cards, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), and other benefit updates and other legal information.
Anthem’s Sydney App gives you one convenient place to keep track of your health and benefits. Your dependents can download the Syndey App as well, to access their specific health information. With the App you can:
- Access your ID card and share it with your provider
- Find an in-network Anthem provider
- View claims information and explanations of benefits
- Track plan usage including deductible, co-insurance, and copays
- Compare costs with different hospitals for frequently searched procedures
- Access virtual care through LiveHealth Online or K Health, where you can chat with a physician.
- Receive wellness reminders and personalized recommendations
- Manage and order your prescriptions
Sydney is available on iPhone and Android and there is no cost to you to have your health information at your fingertips.
