Wellness Incentive Grants . . .

Sometimes the biggest obstacle to offering a successful worksite wellness program is money. Municipalities and other public employers are on tight budgets, and the Health Trust recognizes that there may not always be money to spare for Wellness programs.

That’s why the Health Trust provides funding for employer groups that sponsor eligible wellness-related activities for their employees. Under the terms of the Health Trust’s Wellness Incentive Grant, a group may be eligible to receive up to $30 per Health Trust participating employee per year, to help fund wellness activities. Grants are provided on a quarterly basis.
