EAP Grants . . .

For many employees, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) can be the key to recovering from a traumatic event such as divorce, death in the family, or financial difficulties. But all too often, employers cannot afford to offer an EAP to their employees.

Recognizing what a valuable benefit an Employee Assistance Program can be, the Health Trust Wellness Works program offers a grant program to help fund EAPs offered by eligible employers. The Health Trust will provide grant money to employers, up to $10 per year for each employee participating in a Health Trust health plan. Grants are provided on an annual basis.
