links to credible websites so they know the health information they are getting is accurate and up-to-date.

Anthem Prescription Services

Anthem's Online Provider Directory  - If you are enrolled in one of the Health Trust’s Point of Service (POS) plans, you should select "HMO Choice" from the first drop-down box. If you are enrolled in the PPO Value Plan, select “Blue Choice - PPO”; and if you are enrolled in the Indemnity Choice plan, select “Comp Care”.

The Maine Health Management Coalition’s Pathways to Excellence is a program that uses the best national and local criteria to evaluate and measure local physician practices and hospitals. Through this website - www.mhmc.info - the public now has access to this information.
