Monthly Billing Schedule . . .

Listed below is the Health Trust monthly billing schedule for 2007.  The “Billing Date” is the day that the Trust Billing and Enrollment Department creates the bills.  All maintenance information (including salary changes) must be received by the Health Trust by this date to be included on that month’s bills.  Please note: only original applications and reports will be accepted – no faxes.

 The “Mailing Date” is the anticipated date that the Health Trust will mail the bills to employer groups.  You should receive the bills within one to three days of mailing.

Note:  November’s bills will be created and mailed earlier in the month than usual in order to allow time for entering the new Health Trust rates in the computer billing system.
