three Point of Service
(POS) plans to its members.
These plans are administered
by Anthem Blue Cross
and Blue Shield. The
Health Trust contracts
with Anthem to provide
access to its networks,
and to process claims
for Health Trust participants
enrolled in the POS
plans.
